Debt Restructuring - Our Process

The Introduction: At the time of your initial contact with the Axel Group your Personal Consultant will be assigned. They will provide you with the necessary documents that will outline our engagement and permit us to work effectively. Your Personal Consultant will also assist you in assembling all the financial and contractual information to analyze your needs.

The Analysis: Our internal credit and administrative personnel will analyze your information. We will review your current financial environment and suggest a restructure plan.

The Plan: With the complete plan in place, a Senior Director will be designated to review and discuss our recommendation with you. We will gather your input and provide guidance in the implementation of the best restructure plan for you and your company.

At this time, you may elect to implement the restructure plan on your own or employ The Axel Group to assist you in the implementation process.

The Implementation: Depending on the plan you select, your Senior Director will move forward to begin negotiating with the appropriate individuals to get your plan moving forward quickly and, if you elect, assist in other aspects of your restructuring plan.

The entire process will take as little as a few weeks, up to several months depending on the size and volume of work necessary and complexity of your individual circumstance.

During this time, your Senior Director will keep you informed of every development as well as continue to counsel you with any additional service you may require.
